5 common high-end shirt custom fabrics

When customizing shirts, we often hear customers ask us how many high-end shirt fabrics you recommend, saying they don't understand the fabrics. Therefore, here, the New Workshop editor will briefly recommend a few high-end shirt fabrics used in our new workshop's custom shirts:

1. Soft and comfortable ultra-high count and high-density pure cotton non ironing shirt fabric

This fabric is made of pure cotton with 300 ultra-high count and high-density shirts. It cannot be produced using ordinary raw cotton and conventional textile dyeing and finishing equipment and processing technology. After liquid ammonia treatment, it is made into a wrinkle resistant and non ironing shirt, which has an extremely soft and comfortable feel and a silk like luster on the fabric surface. High quality long staple cotton is selected and international advanced textile dyeing and finishing equipment and processing technology are applied to produce it, which contains high technical content.

2. Environmentally friendly shirt fabric with excellent functionality

If 3% -5% Dow XLA elastic fiber is added to pure cotton fabric, it can make the shirt fabric have comfortable elasticity and non ironing effect, and have good environmental protection function.

3. Perl fabric with skincare and health functions

PEARL fabric is a new type of pearl fabric that has undergone anti wrinkle and anti shrink finishing. The fabric feels very soft, cool and comfortable, with a silky feel. Due to the presence of more than ten types of amino acids and trace elements in pearl fiber materials, these nutrients can be absorbed through the skin surface under acidic conditions, playing a moisturizing and whitening effect on the skin. At the same time, the material also has infrared emission and UV resistance functions, which can promote skin microcirculation, protect the skin from damage from sunlight and ultraviolet rays, and play a skincare and health care role.

4. Shirt fabric with multiple fiber material combinations

This type of fabric can complement each other's strengths by blending or interweaving multi-component fibers, fully leveraging the functional advantages of each fiber material, especially high-performance fibers, thereby greatly increasing the added value of shirt fabrics.

5. Shirt products sewn with multiple fabric combinations

It can be selected to undergo anti fouling and oil repellent finishing, waterproof finishing, with good moisture absorption and sweat wicking functions, and maintain complete consistency in color, color, and shrinkage.
