The difference between high-end T-shirt customization and regular T-shirt customization

When you hear the word "high-end" when customizing a high-end T-shirt, it feels obvious that the price is relatively expensive. Of course, there must be a difference in customization prices between high-end T-shirts and regular T-shirts, but quality cannot be judged by price, otherwise you will fall into the trap of "high-end".   Only by knowing the difference between high-end T-shirt customization and regular T-shirt customization can one avoid being trapped by "high-end" traps. The so-called "high-end" always refers to quality, not appearance. Nowadays, some so-called high-end T-shirts are customized with fashionable styles and high-end visual effects, especially with superb photography and photo editing techniques. Coupled with the term "high-end T-shirt customization", many enterprises are trapped, but when they actually get them, the difference is far. How to avoid falling into the trap of "high-end T-shirt customization"

What is polyester fabric?

What is polyester fabric? Many clothes do not know what fabrics are in my hands. When buying, they always consider whether they are comfortable, shrink, and get the ball.

Polyester is a kind of chemical synthetic fabric. The intensity is better than cotton, and it is more resistant to corrosion than cotton, but it does not absorb sweat. It is uncomfortable to wear on the body. Sometimes it feels a little itchy. Generally, clothes wearing meat are not polyester.

Polyester has a wide range of uses and is used to make clothing fabrics and industrial products. Polyester has excellent fixed performance. Polyester yarn or fabrics have been fixed, fluffy, fluffy, or pleated after being fixed. It is washed multiple times during use and can still be unchanged for a long time.

Features:

1. High strength. The short fiber strength is 2.6 ~ 5.7cn/dtex, and the high -strength fiber is 5.6 polyester

~ 8.0cn/dtex. Due to the low hygroscopicity, its wetness intensity is basically the same as that of dry state. The impact strength is 4 times higher than nylon, 20 times higher than the glue fiber.

2. Good elasticity. Elasticity is close to wool, and when extension is 5%to 6%, it can be fully recovered. Wrinkle resistance exceeds other fibers, that is, the fabric does not wrinkle, and the size stability is good. The elastic modulus is 22 to 141cn/dtex, which is 2 to 3 times higher than nylon.

3. Thermal heat resistance and thermal stability are the best in synthetic fiber fabrics.

4. The surface of polyester is smooth and the internal molecules are tightly arranged.

5. Good abrasion resistance. The abrasion resistance is second only to the best abrasion resistance, which is better than other natural fibers and synthetic fibers.

6. Good light resistance. Light resistance is second only to acrylic.

7, corrosion resistance. It is resistant to bleach, oxidant, hydrocarbons, ketones, petroleum products and inorganic acids. It is resistant to dilute alkali and is not afraid of mold, but thermal alkali can make it decompose.

8. Poor dyeing, but the color solidity is good, and it is not easy to fade.
