Heat transfer printing and hot stamping can be divided into many types: PET low-temperature hot stamping, offset hot stamping, washing label hot stamping, foaming hot stamping, flocking hot stamping, elastic swimsuit hot stamping, reflective hot stamping, non-woven fabric hot stamping, etc. Heat transfer printing manufacturers provide a variety of hot stamping products to meet customer needs. So, heat transfer printing and hot stamping products not only need multiple varieties, but also what characteristics should they have to win customers.
1. Heat transfer printing and hot stamping characteristics:
It has advantages such as high temperature resistance, water washing resistance, and weather resistance. A-grade hot stamping uses imported polyurethane material, which will not rebound at minus 60 degrees Celsius and will not become hard or brittle at minus 30 degrees Celsius. It has undergone 20 American standard washing machine tests and is qualified before leaving the factory. It has passed SGS inspection and the Oeko Tex Standard 100 certification in Germany. B-grade ordinary hot stamping has average weather resistance, with economy being the biggest advantage. It has been tested by a home washing machine (random sampling) 10 times and is qualified before leaving the factory.
2. Heat transfer printing and hot stamping process:
A-grade hot stamping adopts 70UM PET release film and 5-7 precision printing processes; The function of protective layer and ink absorption; Print color layers through 4-color printing and screen printing; The protective layer takes into account both elasticity and tensile strength; Brush another layer of white covering layer (2-3 precision screen printing processes); On the hot melt adhesive layer (2-4 precision screen printing processes); Six layers to create certified hot stamping. Ordinary hot stamping lacks a protective layer and also reduces the use of coating and precision screen printing processes.
3. Heat transfer printing and hot stamping color:
Heat transfer printing and hot stamping require bright colors, clear color development, and meet customer requirements. They will not fade or change color after high-temperature hot stamping.
